| We had been using Kpn for parcel booking for many years now. Of late the way of handling the parcel and customers are awful. We were to get 5 boxes in lr no: 200001683, they delivered 3 boxes and were dodging us for more than a week for giving the remaining boxes. On top of it the foul language of the Kpn employees to customers is awful and unbearable!! It is unfortunate that we customers had been supporting such an organization. |
